Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup dalda ghee


  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • 2 cups maida/ all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 cup cashews

Directions

  • First take a bowl.
  • Add ghee and powdered sugar into it.
  • Beat it using beater until it turns into light color.
  • Now take mixture jar and half crush the cashews (like crumbles)
  • Do not make fine powder.
  • Now take a bowl and mix all purpose flour and baking powder.
  • Strain it using strainer well.
  • Now strain cashews crumbles too.
  • Add it into bowl and mix it well.
  • Keep the remaining crumbles cashews for later use.
  • Mix all dry ingredients with wet one.
  • Mix well and do not over mix.
  • Now take the cookie dough and roll it.
  • Make cylinder shape first.
  • Then give it proper square shape to the roll.
  • Now clean wrap the whole roll and keep it into refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Now pre heat the microwave for 10 minutes on 180°.
  • Remove the dough from refrigerator.
  • Now using knife make 1/2 inches cuts.
  • After I have used Square cookie cutter to give it proper shape.
  • Sprinkle remaining cashew crumbles on it.
  • Take a baking plate and place a butter paper on it.
  • Keep cookies on it.
  • Keep distance between cookies.
  • Now bake it for 15 minutes on 180°.
  • After 10 minutes check it and again bake it.
  • Remove cookies from microwave and let it cool down completely.
  • Cashew cookies is ready to be serve.
